Description
Supplied in ready-to-load format with Xylene Cyanol FF and Orange G tracking dyes, the MiniOne DNA ladder is stored in TE buffer. All DNA bands will be well-separated within a 20 minute run time, making it optimal for classroom use.
- MiniOne DNA Marker, 500 µl
- Contains 5 bands: 100, 300, 500, 1000, and 2000 bp bands
- Ready to use DNA molecular weight standards for 1% or 2% agarose gel electrophoresis
- Load 10 µl per well (contains 20 ng per DNA band except the 500 bp band which has 40 ng per band)
