Description
The MiniOne® PCR System Validation Kit provides sufficient reagents to run two sets of four PCR reactions in the MiniOne PCR system (M4000). With the three sets of primers, you can amplify three different fragments of the Lambda phage genome, plus a negative control. GreenGel™ cups and buffer concentrate are provided for you to analyze your results on your MiniOne Electrophoresis System.
