MiniOne 0.8% GreenGel GelCups are great for saving you on prep time. Why waste hours pouring the gels when you can give the students the opportunity to do it themselves?
GreenGel GelCups come pre-stained with GelGreen so you don’t have to worry about post-staining and de-staining your gels after class. Throw away the gels in normal trash once you’re done – no hazardous waste.
Each order comes with 10 GreenGel GelCups (for about 30-40 students) and a 100 ml bottle of TAE or TBE buffer.
- Gels are ready to cast in seconds
- Microwave for 20 seconds to melt agarose and pour
- Agarose is pre-melted and mixed to the correct percentage for quick remelt in microwave
- Each cup makes one 10 ml agarose gel
- 1X concentration of GelGreen DNA stain (1 µl)
- Eliminates the hassles of measuring out ingredients for making an agarose gel
- Store at 4 to 10℃, protected from light. Do not freeze GelCups.
- Stable for six months with proper storage
